Monday, the 12th of October, 2020. There are reports that, at a time when the administration led by President Waare is coming to an end, the Somali presidency is seeking certain people from the top leadership of the HirShabelle administration. As the country’s general election approaches, the government needs a proposal to hand the presidency over to a senior official from their side.

Currently, the formation of the administration faces significant problems that are feared to lead to the failure of management, but so far little has been achieved. The Hawadle clan, the region’s largest clan, also takes the presidency. The new president is Xawadle, and that title is not tainted by them.

Somalia’s presidency is reportedly planning to make changes to the administration ‘s top leadership , especially to the role of president previously allocated to the Hawadle clan. This suggests that, in order to gain support in the next election, the federal government is currently creating a divide between the communities that own this state.

Politicians have been quoted as saying that Villa Somalia wants a person from the Abgaal clan to be given the presidency of this state. Villa Somalia, in particular, has a keen interest in Ali Gudlawe, the influential man in Middle Shabelle. The Abgaal clan governs the capital of Mogadishu and is owned by the governor of the region of Banadir. But the FD government wants to generate disagreement among the communities in this administration this time.

The plan of Villa Somalia is strongly opposed by Hawadle clan politicians and intellectuals who have threatened to leave the administration of HirShabelle if they miss the president. It may contribute to inter-communal conflict.

President Farmajo and his team are currently consulting on how to drive the best possible way to establish the Hirshabelle rebuilding process, facing strong viral challenges, and they want to put a president under their command to get the support of that administration from the legislators.

Political analysts believe that if the current barriers to the formation of the administration increase, it is possible for Villa Somalia to amend its presidential plans with the Abgaal community.

In the run-up to the Federal Parliament of Somalia, the election of the HirShabelle administration comes at a crucial time, and the HirShabelle election is currently facing experiments that could postpone the establishment of the state.

Nevertheless, it seems that the Federal Government is currently seeking support, and is generating conflicts over land and political titles in order to gain votes when the parliamentary elections are over.
